Assign Feature Lines Styles

Last updated: 2026-06-01

Overview

This command assigns feature line styles and line/curve segment label styles based on the feature line name. The command references a .csv file that the user chooses. The .csv maps feature line names to styles using wildcards.

Requirement: For this command to function, it is required that Civil 3D objects match the naming specified in the .csv file.

Info: For WisDOT standard naming conventions, reference *C:\WisDOT\Stnd\C3D2026\Appdata\ToolDefaults\AsgnFLStyl for a list of CSV files.

Tip: To create a .csv file to match project parameters, copy a CSV provided CSV file to the project location of C:\WisDOT\Stnd\users\Myc3d2026\MyToolDefaults\AsgnFLStyl and modify as needed.
