Sheet Tools - Station Increment Labels

Last updated: 2022-02-14

Overview

This tool will place alignment labels along offset objects based on an increment of an alignment. Multiple offset objects can be selected with this tool. All labels will fall on the same frequency of the baseline stationing.

Usage

WisDOT Sheets tab > Sheet Creation panel > Sheet Tools dropdown > Station Increment Labels

The tool can also be accessed from the command line: DOTSTAINCLABELS.

An alignment label that you want to use for this tool must already exist in modelspace in the DWG.

  1. Select Alignment station/offset Label as template
  2. Select baseline Alignment
  3. Station increment <25>
  4. Select objects to be labeled: Polylines, 3D Polylines, Splines, Alignments, Feature Lines, and Survey Figures can all be used. If Alignments are used, the alignment will become the label parent so the label rotation will follow the alignment direction.
