Layers - Layer Order

Overview

Use the Layer Order tool to configure an object's display order based on what layer they reside. This will set the order in which layers are displayed in the drawing.

Using Layer Display Order

WisDOT [***] tab > Manage panel > Layers dropdown > Layer Order

  1. The Display Order by Layer dialog will open.
  2. Select a layer in the list and use the arrows to reorder. Layers are selected one at a time.

  3. The layers display in the order that you define in the list. Layers at the top of the list display above the layers at bottom.

Layer Display Order can also be run from the command line: LAYERORDER
