Pipe Network - Pipe Separation at Structure

Last updated: 2022-02-09

Overview

At cylinder pipe structures, multiple connected pipes must have 12" minimum distance between themselves measured on the inside wall of the structure. This can be seen in DETAIL "C" of SDD 8c6 of the FDM.

This command checks the minimum chord distance between pipes at the inside wall of a selected cylinder structure. The chord distance is slightly more conservative than the distance along the wall.
