Live training sessions based on Civil 3D at WisDOT are offered at the WisDOT LearnCenter.

Details/logistics
- Attendee min 4, max 12 per class
- Session sign-up is locked a week prior to class time to give instructors time to get prep instructions and meeting invite to attendees. Please plan accordingly.
- All sessions virtual in Zoom, based on c3dkb content
- No recording, material is on the c3dkb already
- All sessions are working, hands-on training
- Trainers will send out links to zoom meeting and datasets beforehand
- Software and datasets will be in current, WisDOT-customized version
- Attendees will be expected
- Have WisDOT currently supported Civil 3D version installed
- Have current WisDOT customization package installed
- To download and extract datasets prior to training startup
- To work along with the trainer to complete tasks in software
- All sessions will have PDH hours
- All sessions are available to all staff working (internal and external staff) on WisDOT projects

Sessions are free of charge
Habitual no-show/no-tells will not be admitted to future sessions
If you cannot make a session that you are signed up for, you need to tell someone.
- If class sign-up is still open, withdraw your reservation in LearnCenter. People on the waitlist will automatically be added.

If the class sign-up has been closed, email the instructor that has sent you class information that you cannot attend.
If someone does not show up for a class and does not communicate with LearnCenter or the instructor 3 times, they will not be allowed to attend WisDOT Civil 3D live sessions for 6 months.
If someone repeats this behavior 3 times after an initial ban, they will receive a lifetime ban.
